Under Armour recommends measuring your body directly for the most precise fit across their athletic apparel ranges:

Chest: Place a tape measure right under your arms at the fullest part of your chest. Wrap it completely around your body, keeping the tape flat and parallel to the floor.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline (right above your hips, where your torso bends side-to-side). Don't pull the tape too tight—leave a little wiggle room.
